商务英语教师在人才培养及学科可持续发展方面起着至关重要的作用。基于商务英语教师专业发展现状及存在问题的分析,提出了教师培训、行动研究、专业实践、合作教学四种途径,旨在促进商务英语教师专业发展。 Business English teachers play a crucial role in personnel training and sustainable development of disciplines. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of business English teachers’ professional development, four approaches, namely teacher training, action research, professional practice and cooperative teaching, are proposed to promote the professional development of business English teachers.
