的 :观察茶多酚对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :运用免疫学实验手段检测茶多酚大、中、小 ( 310mg/kg、 15 5mg/kg、 77 4mg/kg)各剂量组的小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫水平 ,并与对照组进行比较。结果 :茶多酚在 77 4mg/kg~ 310mg/kg剂量范围内 ,明显抑制小鼠血清溶菌酶的产生及腹腔巨噬细胞活性 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ;明显抑制红细胞C3b受体花环和RIC花环的形成以及总T细胞花环和Th花环的形成 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1) ,且有明显的剂量依赖性。在剂量为 310mg/kg时 ,抑制小鼠脾细胞产生抗体 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :茶多酚可以明显抑制正常小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫。
The effects of tea polyphenols on immune function in normal mice were observed. Methods: Immunological test was used to detect the cellular immunity and humoral immunity of mice in various doses of 310, 15 and 77 mg / kg of tea polyphenols, and compared with the control group . Results: Tea polyphenols significantly inhibited the production of lysozyme and the activity of peritoneal macrophages (P <0.05 or P <0.01) in the dose range of 77 4mg / kg ~ 310mg / kg, and significantly inhibited the proliferation of red blood cells The formation of C3b receptor rosette and RIC rosette and the formation of total T-cell rosette and Th rosette (P <0 05 or P 0 01) were observed in a dose-dependent manner. At a dose of 310 mg / kg, mouse spleen cells were inhibited from producing antibodies (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Tea polyphenols can significantly inhibit the cellular immunity and humoral immunity of normal mice.
