随着社会对教育的重视度越来越高,教育改革也在不断推进,同时班主任在学生的学习生涯中的作用也越来越重要。小学阶段是学生生涯中的一个重要阶段,小学生存在自制力差的的特性,很多生活和学习的习惯需要班主任在教育的过程中逐渐引导与形成。班主任与学生之间形成和谐的关系,有助于小学生的管理与教育。班主任的教育方式直接影响小学生的学习能力和成绩,在小学生的学习生涯中,除了父母之外,老师是陪伴学生大部分时间的人。因此,班主任与学生构建和谐的关系是发展其他教育的基础,有利于提高课堂的学习效率,同时可提高学生的思想道德修养。
