实验结果表明:30CrMnSiA钢的下贝氏体组织具有最小的氢脆敏感性.氢促进了位错的活动性和增殖,并进一步使各组织的形变位错组态发生了变化.贝氏体组织试样的氢脆断口特征是准解理,而索氏体、屈氏体则主要是沿晶.影响材料氢脆敏感性的组织因素是:显微组织类型、位错密度、碳化物类型及分布、残留奥氏体含量.
The experimental results show that the lower bainite of 30CrMnSiA steel has the lowest hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity. Hydrogen promotes the activity and proliferation of dislocations and further changes the configuration of dislocation dislocations in each tissue. Brittle fracture characteristics of bainite tissue samples are quasi-cleavage, and sorbite, troostite is mainly along the crystal.
