本文探讨了联氨法生长硫化铅光敏薄膜的机理。根据国内外有关文献中提供的实验结果以及通过亲自实验过程中发现的现象,提出了薄膜生长过程中随着各种化学试剂的加入所发生的一系列化学反应过程。指出铅离子在反应液中可形成多络离子,但主要以与醋酸根之间的络离子存在。硫脲首先和铅离子形成络合物,然后才能迅速水解,并形成硫化铅。在列举了国际上关于薄膜生长过程的两种观点之后,根据X射线衍射和扫描电镜结果,呈现明显的择优取向生长以及薄膜生成界面含氧量较高等,并倾向于离子生长机构。
This article explores the mechanism of hydrazine sulfide thin film growth by hydrazine method. According to the experimental results provided in the literature both at home and abroad and the phenomena found during the experiments, a series of chemical reaction processes with the addition of various chemical reagents during the film growth are proposed. It is pointed out that lead ions can form multi-complex ions in the reaction solution, but exist mainly as complex ions with acetate. Thiourea first forms a complex with lead ions which can then be rapidly hydrolyzed and form lead sulphide. After enumerating two international views on the growth process of thin films, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy show that the preferred orientation growth and the oxygen content at the film-forming interface are high, and tend to be ion growth mechanisms.
