患者男性,57岁,缝纫工人。住院号10936,病理号730064。因间歇性、无痛性血尿七个月于1972年12月23日入院。患者于1972年5月21日无意中发现尿色红带血丝,X线造影片显示左肾上盏显影模糊;二次膀胱镜检查均未能确定血尿来自何侧,拟诊为“肾结核”,在门诊接受抗痨治疗半年,血尿仍反复发作收住院治疗。既往有肺结核病史及风湿性心脏病史,曾于1959年行二尖瓣分离术。
