目的:建立贵州产何首乌药材的指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Agillent ZABAX-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL/min,柱温:25℃,检测波长:280 nm,分析时间:60 min。结果:对贵州不同产地的药材样品进行分析,确定了9个共有峰,精密度、稳定性、重复性试验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%,16批样品相似度均达0.9以上。结论:所建立的方法简便、可靠,可为何首乌药材的质量控制提供指导和依据。
Objective: To establish the fingerprints of Radix Polygoni Multiflori from Guizhou and provide the basis for its quality control. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used with a column of Agillent ZABAX-C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution with a gradient of 1.0 mL / ℃, detection wavelength: 280 nm, analysis time: 60 min. Results: The samples of medicinal plants from different areas of Guizhou were analyzed and the RSDs of relative peak area and relative retention time were less than 3% for 9 common peaks, precision and stability. The 16 batches of samples were similar Degree of 0.9 or more. Conclusion: The established method is simple and reliable, which can provide guidance and basis for the quality control of Radix.
