目的:探讨块根紫金牛仿野生栽培条件下的生长动态和光合生理特性。方法:用块根紫金牛两年生种子苗和三年生扦插苗进行仿野生栽培试验,观测其生长动态和光合生理特性。结果:块根紫金牛种子苗与扦插苗均能在仿野生环境下保持较好的生长,种子苗与扦插苗的株高分别增长了9.2 cm和12 cm,基径分别增长了2.48mm和2.39 mm,冠宽分别增长了10.6 cm和17 cm。两年生种子苗一年萌生1次分枝,三年生扦插苗一年萌生3次分枝。块根紫金牛种子苗与扦插苗的光合生理参数无显著差异,其适应的光强范围较广,但弱光下量子效率和强光下光合能力较低,野外竞争能力不强。结论:块根紫金牛扦插苗株高和冠宽增长量大于种子苗,其移栽成活率也高于种子苗。
Objective: To investigate the growth dynamics and photosynthetic characteristics of Radix Gentiana in imitation of wild culture. Methods: Two-year-old seedlings and three-year-old cuttings of Zijin cattle were used to carry out the imitation of wild-type cultivation experiment. The growth dynamics and photosynthetic characteristics were observed. Results: Seedlings and cutting seedlings of Radix Astragali could maintain good growth under the imitation of wild environment. The seedling and cutting seedlings increased their plant height by 9.2 cm and 12 cm respectively, and their base diameters increased by 2.48 mm and 2.39 mm , Crown width increased by 10.6 cm and 17 cm respectively. Two-year seedling seedlings sprout 1 year branch, three-year seedling sprout 3 times a year branches. There was no significant difference in the photosynthetic physiological parameters between root seedlings and cutting seedlings of Radix Gentiana, adapting to a wide range of light intensities, but lower quantum efficiency and lower photosynthetic ability under low light and less competitive ability in field. Conclusion: The root and shoot width of Ziziphus arboresens seedlings is larger than that of seedlings, and the transplanting survival rate is also higher than that of seedlings.
