On the morning of September 22, 2006, a symposium was held at the Xindadu Hotel in Beijing on the first anniversary of the founding of “China” magazine. Attending the symposium were the leaders of China Foreign Language Publishing and Distribution Administration, experts and scholars engaged in the study of CIS issues, press and cultural officials of Russia and Belarus Embassy in China, media such as Xinhua News Agency and Guangming Daily and China Business Daily representative.
