医院实行新的工资改革,增资幅度较大,而国家财政拨款又不增长。以我们医院为例,国家财政拨款只占工资改革后工资总额的10%。工资改革势必给医院造成很大的经济压力。怎样将新工资发放到职工手中,充分调动广大职工的积极性,把执行新工资制度同原来行之有效的奖励制度结合起来,搞好过渡与衔接,理顺分配关系,尽快使工资制度纳入正常运行的轨道上来,是医院管理者面临的一个新课题。
Hospitals implemented new wage reforms, and the rate of capital increase was large, while the state’s financial allocations did not increase. Take our hospital as an example. The state financial appropriation only accounts for 10% of the total salary after the salary reform. The wage reform will inevitably cause great economic pressure on the hospital. How to allocate new wages to employees, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees, combine the implementation of the new wage system with the original reward system that is effectively implemented, do a good job of transition and convergence, rationalize distribution relations, and bring the wage system into normal operation as soon as possible. The track is a new topic faced by hospital administrators.
