对经锻后热处理的50Cr5NiMoV钢截取试样,运用扫描电镜、能谱仪和X射线衍射仪研究了截取试样点状偏析处的微观组织、化学成分和试样的物相结构。结果表明,偏析处的碳化物数量明显多于非偏析处碳化物数量;偏析元素多为C、Cr、Mo;碳化物的类型多为M7C3型,也有少量M23C6和M3C2型碳化物,颗粒状碳化物有沿纵向长大趋势。本文对碳化物类型的转变进行了分析,为以后调整50Cr5NiMoV钢组织和解决点状偏析奠定了理论基础。
The specimens of 50Cr5NiMoV steel after heat treatment were intercepted, and the microstructure, chemical composition and microstructure of the sample were studied by SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the amount of carbides in segregation is obviously higher than that of non-segregation carbides. The segregation elements are mostly C, Cr and Mo. The types of carbides are mostly M7C3 and a few carbides M23C6 and M3C2. Things grow in the vertical direction. In this paper, the change of carbide types was analyzed, which laid the theoretical foundation for the later adjustment of 50Cr5NiMoV steel structure and the solution of point segregation.
