S623A微机控制三回程滚筒烘砂装置,一九八七年十二月十七日在山东省青岛第四铸造机械厂通过省级鉴定。该装置用微机开环控制原砂湿度,闭环控制炉温,从而达到能根据原砂的不同含水量,随机调节加砂量,提高生产率;并能使炉温稳定,节省燃料,延长设备使用寿命。在国内新砂烘干系统中首次采用并实现微机控制,并采用了滚筒换热器、轴装式减速器、诱导式除尘装置等新技术、新结构,使整机结构紧凑,运行可靠、噪声小、参数先进。其主要技术经济指标达八十年代初国际水平。该装置是由山东工业大学和青岛第四铸造机械厂共同研制的。
