近年来,随着对胃肠生理功能和营养支持的研究的进步,以及药物的应用,针对胃癌术后吻合口瘘、胃瘫、胃瘘等并发症的治疗水平明显提高,大大降低了病死率。近6年间我院及外院转入的胃癌手术病例中,发生吻合口瘘15例,胃瘫11例。我们应用胃镜下或X线监视下金属导丝引导放置鼻肠营养管,进行肠内营养支持为主的综合治疗,26例患者均取得良好效果。现报告如下。
