近年来,我国经济快速发展,网络经济异军突起,成为发展的一股重要力量。同时,随着网络经济规模的壮大,网络经济纠纷越来越多,维权问题正日益严重。网络消费者处于相对弱势的地位,社会对网络消费者的保护呼声日益高涨。文章从网络经济中的消费者角度出发,进一步剖析消费者的定义,并阐述最新《消费者权益保护法》的保护与存在不足,结合实例阐明笔者观点。
In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country and the sudden emergence of the network economy, it has become an important force for development. At the same time, as the network economy grows in size, there are more and more network economic disputes, and the issue of safeguarding the rights is becoming increasingly serious. Internet consumers in a relatively weak position, the social protection of Internet consumers growing voices. From the perspective of consumers in network economy, the article further analyzes the definition of consumers, and expounds the protection and existence of the latest “Consumer Protection Law”, and illustrates the author’s point of view with examples.
