我国自行研制的第一台万吨级大型多向模锻水压机,于1982年3月下旬在某铝加工厂正式通过负荷试车。经过负荷调试、本体强度测试和对典型锻件的试锻,初步表明压机的主要技术性能指标达到了设计要求,压制的大型整体中空盘头纺织件基本成型。该压机由第二重机厂设计制造,使用厂自行安装(安装工程于1980年底竣工)。这台压机的负荷试车成功,填补了我国大型多向模锻水压机的空白,为大型多向模锻件的开发和生产提供了现实的手段和可能,同时也为我国今后研制同类新压机提供了实践经验。这次负荷试车中,也发现该压机在垂直框架的局部预紧联结刚性、部分高压管道的稳固性和
