“企业间的竞争关键在于人才的竞争”,这一观念已深为企业界所共识。而人才的竞争一方面在于企业能否得到优秀人才,另一方面更在于企业能否用好现有的人才,能否最大限度地培训、开发已有的人力资源,挖掘潜在的人力资源。过去,企业比较重视的是优秀人才的吸收、引进、招聘,不惜花费大量的人力、财力、物力。现阶段,企业人力资源管理又转向侧重于另一个区域——员工培训。尽管员工培训已经为众多企业所认识和重视,却在实践中又往往容易走入一些误区,使培训工作没有达到应有的效果。为此,本文着重讨论企业如何量身定制符合自身持续发展需要的高效培训体系。
“The key to competition among enterprises lies in the competition of qualified personnel.” This concept has become a consensus among enterprises. Talent competition on the one hand is that companies can get the best people, on the other hand lies in whether the company can make good use of existing personnel, can maximize training, development of existing human resources, tap the potential of human resources. In the past, the enterprises paid more attention to the absorption, introduction and recruitment of talents, spending a lot of manpower, financial resources and material resources at large amounts of money. At this stage, enterprise human resources management has turned to focus on another area - staff training. Although staff training has been recognized and valued by many enterprises, it is often easy to go into some misunderstandings in practice so that the training work does not achieve the desired results. Therefore, this article focuses on how to tailor an efficient training system that meets the needs of its own sustainable development.
