利用高碘酸钠法合成芍药苷免疫抗原PF-BSA和包被抗原PF-OVA,并通过紫外光谱检测芍药苷成功与BSA/OVA偶联。小鼠经PF-BSA免疫后,体内可产生抗芍药苷抗体,酶联免疫分析法分析证明其免疫小鼠所得抗体效价达1∶12 800,半数抑制浓度为0.791 mg·L-1,且与黄芩苷等9种中药小分子交叉反应极低。芍药苷人工抗原的合成及抗体的获得为建立ELISA和研制免疫检测试剂盒奠定了基础。
The paeoniflorin immunogen antigen PF-BSA and coating antigen PF-OVA were synthesized by sodium periodate method. The coupling of paeoniflorin and BSA / OVA was detected by ultraviolet spectroscopy.
