我们认为,合格的中师生必备的素质首要的是具有献身于小学教育事业的精神。我校在实践中积极探索师范生的思想政治教育工作特点,努力把现阶段的共同理想教育与专业思想教育紧密地结合起来,收到一定效果。一、调查研究是理想教育和专业思想教育的先导我校建于1984年,教师大多来自普通中学,一般对师范生的思想特点不甚了解,学生是抱着不同目的报考师范的,在改革和开放的新形势下思想活跃。为了迅速了解教育对象的思想状况,以便有针对性地做好思想教育工作,我们开展了新时期师范生思
We believe that the essential quality of qualified teachers and students must be dedicated to the spirit of primary education. In practice, our school actively explores the features of the ideological and political education of normal school students, and strives to combine the common ideal education at the present stage with the professional ideological education, and has received certain results. I. Investigation and research is the forerunner of ideal education and professional ideological education. Our school was established in 1984. Most of the teachers come from ordinary middle schools. Generally speaking, they do not understand the characteristics of the normal school students. Students go to the normal school for different purposes. The ideology is active under the new open conditions. In order to quickly understand the ideological status of the target of education in order to do a good job in ideological education, we launched a new period of thinking for normal students.
