传统的教学模式易使学生成为只能在自己的思想小天地中生活的书呆子,而新时代对人才的要求是能够与他人展开高效合作,并积极接收新思维新知识,因此改变传统教学模式,在新型教学中融入合作教学成为当前初中数学教师的必要教学任务。在此背景下,本文从“将合作学习理论的传输变得本土化”、“合理分配小组,明确组员责任义务”、“加强对学生合作能力技巧的培养”三个层面,对合作学习在初中数学教学中的应用对策展开探讨,以期能够帮助学生提高学习能力。
The traditional teaching mode makes it easy for students to become nerds who can only live in the small world of their own thoughts.
