目的:评价戴氏绿僵菌的抗微生物潜力,并明确其有效部位。方法:采用琼脂扩散法测定戴氏绿僵菌各分离部位的抗病原细菌作用,利用生长速率法测定其抗病原真菌活性,并采用微量稀释法和平板菌落计数测定有强抗菌活性部位的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:戴氏绿僵菌能显著抑制革兰氏阳性和阴性临床病原细菌以及植物病原真菌的生长,抑菌谱较广。戴氏绿僵菌抗微生物活性的有效成分主要存在其发酵液乙酸乙酯以及菌丝体乙酸乙酯和氯仿等3个萃取部位,不同的萃取部位抗菌谱及抗菌能力有较大的差异。结论:戴氏绿僵菌具有强的广谱抗微生物活性,是一种值得关注的食药用生物资源。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the antimicrobial potential of Metarhizium anisopliae and to identify its effective site. Methods: The anti-pathogenic bacteria were isolated by agar diffusion method. The anti-pathogenic fungi activity was determined by growth rate method. The anti-pathogenic fungi activity was determined by microdilution method and plate colony counting Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Results: Metarhizium anisopliae could significantly inhibit the growth of Gram-positive and -negative clinical pathogenic bacteria and plant pathogenic fungi. The main components of the antimicrobial activity of Metarhizium anisopliae were three ethyl acetate extract and three mycelium ethyl acetate extract and chloroform extract. The antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial ability of the extract were different. Conclusion: Metarhizium anisopliae has a strong broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, which is a biopharmaceutical resource worthy of attention.
