本文借助于房室模型理论和统计矩理论对动静脉血中药代动力学的差异进行了理论性探讨,并对iv氨茶碱后,兔体内动静脉血中药代动力学参数进行比较。结果表明用静脉血估算的平均驻留时间和稳态分布容积都比用动脉血估算结果要大,但差异不显著。
In this paper, the pharmacokinetics of arteriovenous and venous blood is theoretically investigated by means of atrioventricular model theory and statistical moment theory. The pharmacokinetic parameters of arteriovenous and venous blood in vivo after iv aminophylline are compared. The results showed that the mean residence time and steady state distribution volume estimated by venous blood were higher than those estimated by arterial blood, but the difference was not significant.
