众所周知,一个企业要想保持竞争力,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,最重要的在于保持创新能力,而且这种能力离不开组织内人力资源的辛勤创造。因此,企业的人力资源管理模式必须要与知识经济发展的趋势保持一致。基于此,从知识创新这一层面来探讨企业人力资源管理模式,希望能够对构建科学合理的人力资源管理模式有所裨益。
As we all know, an enterprise in order to maintain competitiveness in the fierce competition in the market remain invincible, the most important thing is to maintain the ability to innovate, and this ability can not be separated from the organization’s human resources and hard work. Therefore, the enterprise’s human resources management mode must be consistent with the trend of knowledge-based economy. Based on this, it discusses the enterprise human resource management mode from the aspect of knowledge innovation, hoping to benefit the construction of a scientific and reasonable mode of human resource management.
