本文从热力学和流体力学的基本概念和方程出发,结合二冲程内燃水泵的具体工作过程,得到了该水泵各个工作阶段有关参数以及整台水泵总特性参数的理论计算公式。通过上述的理论分析,本文揭示了许多重要参数相互之间的关系。例如,由于考虑到缸内水面的变化,揭示了压缩比ε不仅与扬程H有关,而且与l_1/H和Q有关,这为选择合适的压缩比提供了新的途径。 在这些理论计算公式的基础上,如进一步结合试验数据并引入适当的修正系数,即可有效地解决计算内燃水泵实际工作过程的问题。
Based on the basic concepts and equations of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, combined with the specific working process of two-stroke internal combustion water pump, the theoretical calculation formulas of relevant parameters of each working stage of the pump and the total characteristic parameters of the whole pump are obtained. Through the above theoretical analysis, this paper reveals the relationship between many important parameters. For example, considering the changes in the surface of the cylinder, it is revealed that the compression ratio ε is not only related to the head H but also to l_1 / H and Q, which provides a new way to select a suitable compression ratio. Based on these theoretical calculation formulas, such as further combination of experimental data and the introduction of appropriate correction coefficients, we can effectively solve the problem of calculating the actual working process of internal combustion pumps.
