How to improve the standardization and modernization of educational administration is an urgent problem to be solved in the teaching administration of colleges and universities. Scientific management and establishment of sound rules and regulations are the prerequisites and guarantees for the implementation of computer educational administration. The application of computer technology to modern educational administration is an arduous and complicated systematic project.
