国民经济发展速度和效益,在很大程度上取决于产业结构、产品结构是否合理,取决于经济运行中的多个环节是否配比适当和协调。武汉市工业,经过建国以来近40年的建设和发展,特别是近10年来的改革、调整、整顿和改造,已具有一定的规模和实力,成为轻重工业并举的综合性工业基地。但随着有计划商品经济的发展,我国的工业结构正由低层次向较高层次转化,由劳动力密集型向技术密集型转化,一部份传统资源供应区向资源加工区转化,这对加工工业型的城市形成了新的压力和挑战。因此,抓住当前治理整顿经济,加强宏观调控的机遇,切实搞好我市工业结构调整,进一步奠定振兴武汉经济的坚实基础,已
The speed and effectiveness of the development of the national economy depend to a large extent on the industrial structure and whether the product structure is reasonable or not, depending on whether the various links in the economic operation are properly proportioned and coordinated. Since its establishment, nearly 40 years of construction and development have taken place in Wuhan’s industrial sector. In particular, the reform, readjustment, rectification and reform in the past 10 years have reached a certain scale and strength and become a comprehensive industrial base where both light and heavy industries are concurrently held. However, with the development of a planned commodity economy, China’s industrial structure is being transformed from a lower level to a higher level, from a labor-intensive to a technology-intensive one, and some traditional resource supply areas are transformed into resource-processing zones. Industrial cities have created new pressures and challenges. Therefore, we should seize the opportunities of treating and rectifying the economy, strengthening macroeconomic regulation and control, effectively adjusting the industrial structure in our city and further laying a solid foundation for the revitalization of Wuhan’s economy.
