医务工作是最神圣的事业,时刻担当着对患者生命的安危。所以,德技双馨应该成为医务人员人生追求和奋斗的目标。为达此目标,就须掌握和运用好科学思维方式。邓小平同志早在1981年就指出:“现在我们的干部中很多人不懂哲学,很需要从思维方法、工作方法上提高一步”。在哲学领域,思维方式与世界观、方法论是同一层次的概念。哲学思维方式对指导人们认识世界,改造世界的实践活动,推进社会进步,具有巨大的能动作用。对医疗工作而言,医务人员的思维方式是否科学,直接影响着医疗全过程的正常运行与效果的大小。对医务工作者而言,更是直接关系其职业德技素质的提升与工作的好坏。对此,本文围绕这一主题,着重探讨和把握科学思维方式三个方面的辨证统一,以使医务工作者的德技素质得到有效提升,也有利于缓解当前医患纠纷不断,矛盾重重的困境。

For medical workers, it is directly related to the quality of their professional skills to improve and work good or bad. In this regard, this article focuses on this theme, focusing on exploring and seizing the three aspects of scientific way of thinking of the dialectical unity, so that medical professionals can effectively improve the quality of German technology, but also help to alleviate the current disputes between doctors and patients constantly contradictory difficulties .
