本文作者以2.5倍最小红斑量 UVA(平均 MED_A=50J/cm~2)照射人
The authors have reported no significant difference in Langerhans cells (LC) labeled with three different cell surface markers (OKT6, HLA-DR, ATPase) in the normal epidermis. In diseased epidermis, however, the labeling of LC by HLA-DR, ATPase is not reliable. Because OKT6 does not react with myeloid cells and normal peripheral mononuclear cells, LC may be a special and valuable marker for diseased skin. The role of UVA on LC has not been studied accordingly. The author of this article with 2.5 times the minimum erythema dose UVA (average MED_A = 50J / cm ~ 2) irradiation
