茶叶在我国有着悠久的历史。古人云:茶为万病之药。《神农本草》亦云:“茶味苦,饮之使人益思,少卧,轻身,明目。”茶能祛病健身, 古人早已知晓。他们以茶叶为原料,制成各种茶菜,并视为珍品。早在春秋时期,就曾有过将茶叶制成菜肴来招待客人的记载,且被当时的上层人士所看重。唐宋以来,各种以茶为原料的茶点、茶菜更是名目繁多,不胜枚举。
Tea has a long history in our country.
