机电一体化是在机械的主功能、动力功能、信息功能和控制功能上引进微电子技术,并将机械装置与电子装置用相关软件有机结合而构成的系统。机电一体化系统投入工业应用环境运行时,系统总会受到电网、空间与周围环境干扰。若系统抵御不住干扰的冲击,各电气功能模块将不能进行正常。为此,针对机电一体化系统在工业应用环境运行时,系统受到的干扰问题,进行了一定的分析,并提出了一些具体的解决办法。
Mechatronics is a system that incorporates microelectronic technology into the main, power, information, and control functions of a machine and combines the mechanical unit with the associated software for the electronic unit. When a mechatronic system is put into operation in an industrial application environment, the system will always be interfered with by the power grid, space and the surrounding environment. If the system can not withstand the impact of interference, the electrical function module will not be normal. Therefore, in view of the interference problems that the system suffered when the mechatronic system is operating in the industrial application environment, a certain analysis is made and some concrete solutions are put forward.
