目的观察脉冲加压吸氧装置治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法选择2008—2012年我院收治的COPD患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。在常规治疗基础上,观察组采用脉冲加压吸氧装置吸氧,对照组采用医用压缩氧气钢瓶配减压表和湿化瓶吸氧。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后血气分析指标,包括血氧饱和度(SpO2)、pH、PaO2、PaCO2。结果治疗前,两组患者SpO2、pH、PaO2、PaCO2比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组SpO2、pH、PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用脉冲加压吸氧装置吸氧,可以预防高浓度氧气对呼吸中枢的抑制,是治疗COPD的一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of pulsed pressurized oxygen inhalation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Sixty COPD patients admitted to our hospital from 2008 to 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was treated with pulsed pressurized oxygen inhalation device, the control group with medical compressed oxygen cylinder with decompression table and hygienic flask oxygen. Blood gas analysis indexes, including oxygen saturation (SpO2), pH, PaO2 and PaCO2, were observed before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results Before treatment, SpO2, pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 in two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05). After 3 months of treatment, SpO2, pH and PaO2 in observation group were higher than those in control group, while PaCO2 in control group was lower than that in control group Group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pulsed pressurized oxygen inhalation device can prevent the inhibition of respiratory center by high concentration of oxygen and is a safe and effective method for the treatment of COPD.
