针对压裂泵阀箱疲劳寿命受较多不确定因素影响,应用灰色系统理论对压裂泵阀箱用钢进行疲劳寿命预测。在对阀箱用30CrNi2MoV钢进行疲劳试验和试验数据分析的基础上,运用GM(1,1)模型、灰色Verhulst模型对30CrNi2MoV钢进行了疲劳寿命预测。结果表明:基于GM(1,1)模型的疲劳寿命预测精度为99.578%,基于灰色Verhulst模型的疲劳寿命预测精度为99.866%,预测精度较高,这为压裂泵阀箱用钢疲劳寿命预测提供预测精度及可靠性的方法。
Aiming at the fact that the fatigue life of the valve box of fracturing pump is affected by many uncertainties, the gray system theory is applied to predict the fatigue life of the valve box steel of the fracturing pump. Based on fatigue test and test data analysis of 30CrNi2MoV steel for valve box, the fatigue life of 30CrNi2MoV steel was predicted by GM (1,1) model and gray Verhulst model.
