笔者通过对东莞信浓马达有限公司的实地调研,汲取公司内部现场的第一手资料发现,20年来,子公司的技术能力得到长足发展,这是与内外部网络加强知识紧密型联系的结果。通过借鉴双网络嵌入与技术能力的关系研究,指出网络嵌入是子公司知识寻求战略的一部分。以子公司为中心研究技术能力的构建,对提高后发企业的创新绩效有一定的指导意义。
Through on-the-spot investigation of Dongguan Xinnong Motor Co., Ltd., the author finds that first-hand information on the company’s internal site has found that the subsidiary company’s technical capabilities have developed rapidly over the past 20 years. This is the result of intensified knowledge-related contact with internal and external networks. By studying the relationship between dual-network embedding and technological capabilities, it is pointed out that network embedding is part of the subsidiary’s knowledge-seeking strategy. Subsidiary-centered research on the construction of technological capabilities has certain guiding significance for improving the innovation performance of latecomers.
