采用X射线极密度测定方法,研究了18%Ni马氏体时效钢不同冷轧量(50%、70%,90%)及其冷轧后再经固溶处理或时效处理织构的变化。采用Warren-Averbach傅氏分析法测算了合金的嵌镶块大小,晶格畸变和位错密度。实验结果表明,不同冷变形量的板材均有明显的{111}面织构。具有冷轧织构的板材再经固溶或时效处理后织构有遗传性。冷轧的马氏体基体呈现出精细亚结构,且在固溶或时效处理后具有稳定性。
The X-ray density measurement method was used to study the texture changes of 18% Ni martensitic steel after cold rolling (50%, 70%, 90%) and cold rolling. Warren-Averbach Fourier analysis was used to calculate the embedded inlay size, lattice distortion and dislocation density. The experimental results show that plates with different cold deformation have obvious {111} plane texture. The plates with cold-rolled textures are hereditary after solution or aging treatment. The cold rolled martensite matrix exhibits a fine sub-structure and has stability after solution or aging treatment.
