目的:对加味二味拔毒散进行动物实验研究,包括皮肤急性毒性实验、皮肤刺激性实验和过敏皮肤性实验,以了解其安全性。方法:将不同剂量的加味二味拔毒散用于动物背部正常和破损去毛区皮肤,观察其是否产生急性毒性;采用致敏与激发接触加味二味拔毒散,观察动物过敏情况。结果:加味二味拔毒散未产生急性毒性,皮肤刺激反应,反复致敏后使用,也无皮肤与全身过敏反应。结论:加味二味拔毒散是较安全的局部外用制剂。
OBJECTIVE: To study the animal experiments of Jiawei Erweifangdu Powder, including skin acute toxicity test, skin irritation test and allergic skin test to understand its safety. Methods: Different dosages of flavored Erweifangdudu powder were used on the skin of normal and damaged hair removal areas of the back of the animals to observe whether they had acute toxicity. The sensitized and stimulated contact with Modified Erweifangdu powder was used to observe the animal allergy. Results: The flavored Erweifangdu Powder had no acute toxicity, skin irritation reaction, repeated use of sensitization, and no skin and systemic allergic reactions. Conclusion: Modified Erweifangdu Powder is a safe topical topical preparation.
