目的了解评估成都市“5.12”地震灾区抗震救灾中健康教育工作的策略和效果。方法采用随机抽样和回顾调查的方式,于地震发生1年后,调查600名灾区群众相关卫生知识知晓、健康行为形成及获得卫生知识的渠道等方面的情况,并与地震前进行对比研究。结果灾区群众相关卫生知识平均知识知晓率为89.80%,比地震前高出20.92%;平均健康行为形成率为82.96%,比地震前高出19.71%;获得卫生知识的途径和顺位构成与震前有较大差异。结论成都市地震灾区健康教育策略是行之有效的。
Objective To understand the strategies and effects of health education in earthquake disaster relief in Chengdu city under the conditions of “5.12” earthquake. Methods Using random sampling and retrospective survey, one year after the earthquake, we surveyed 600 people about health knowledge, health behaviors and access to health knowledge in disaster-hit areas and compared them with the pre-earthquake data. Results The average knowledge rate of health knowledge about people in disaster areas was 89.80%, which was 20.92% higher than before the earthquake; the average health behavior formation rate was 82.96%, 19.71% higher than before the earthquake; There is a big difference. Conclusion The strategy of health education in earthquake-stricken areas in Chengdu is effective.
