公司于2014年底开展青年骨干挂职锻炼活动,我有幸成为首批挂职锻炼员工。半年来,我严格要求自己,使自己在思想觉悟、个人素质、工作能力、学习能力等方面不断得到锻炼和提高。我一直认为挂职锻炼是一个学习锻炼、增长知识、提升自身整体素质的过程。我们应该端正自己的态度、找准自己的位置,设立既定目标,充分发挥工作积极性,利用挂职机会接触新的工作、新的环境,在不断学习的过程中实现自我提升。
At the end of 2014, the company launched the youth backbone attachment exercise, and I was fortunate to be the first attachment staff member. In the past half year, I strictly demanded that I should constantly exercise and improve myself in the aspects of ideological consciousness, personal qualities, working ability and learning ability. I always think that attachment exercise is a process of learning to exercise, increase knowledge and improve their overall quality. We should rectify our own position, identify our own position, establish the set goals, give full play to the enthusiasm of the work, use the opportunity to get in touch with new work and environment, and achieve self-improvement through continuous learning.
