随着电力体制也在慢慢进行改革,发电企业逐渐向生产经营型企业转变,为了能够跟随时代的脚步,降本节支、节能降耗成为企业管理的主题。企业想方设法开源节流,进一步降低经营成本,进行了讨论和计划,不断通过管理手段降低经营成本。大多数发电企业的经营成本都是关于物资的采购成本,因此,要想降低企业的经营成本,采购成本的控制是企业的重要工作。本文就旨在对火力发电厂物资采购成本的控制进行研究分析。
As the power system is slowly reforming, the power generation enterprises have gradually shifted to the production and operation-oriented enterprises. In order to be able to follow the trend of the times, reducing costs and saving energy, the theme of energy saving has become the subject of business management. Enterprises find ways to cut costs, further reduce operating costs, conducted discussions and plans, continue to reduce operating costs through management tools. Most of the operating costs of power generation companies are related to the procurement costs of materials, therefore, in order to reduce the operating costs of enterprises, the procurement cost control is an important part of the enterprise. This article aims to control the cost of coal-fired power plant materials procurement research and analysis.
