变速器是汽车系统中的关键设备,在同一试验台上实现其综合性能的在线检测,在国内尚没有先例。本文介绍的新型试验台系统,实现了变速器综合性能的在线检测。介绍了该试验台系统的体系结构及工作原理,并详细叙述了其控制软件的开发及实现。
Transmission is the key equipment in the automotive system. On the same test bench to achieve its comprehensive performance online testing, there is no precedent in the country. The new test bed system introduced in this paper realizes on-line testing of the overall performance of the transmission. The system structure and working principle of the test bed system are introduced, and the development and realization of its control software are described in detail.
