人工晶状体从1949年 RidIey 首次植入人眼已30年历史,欧美各国70年代以来人工晶状体植入量日益增加,仅美国每年植入人工晶状体就达10余万之多,可见其应用相当广泛。近年来国内在成都、上海、西安、济南、江苏等地相继开始研制和植入人工晶状体。而且我国首次研制和应用了硅凝胶人工晶状体成功,笔者曾对硅凝胶人工晶体状植入50例进行过总结,对人工晶状体植入的优点及其合并症如,角膜水肿、青光眼、
