本文通过求解热库中有源LC电路的密度矩阵方程,研究电路状态的时间演化及其稳态特性。结果表明,在零温度热库中有源LC电路的稳态解为相干态,在非零温度热库中其状态的Q分布函数将变宽。
In this paper, the time evolution of the circuit state and its steady-state characteristics are studied by solving the density matrix equation of the active LC circuit in the thermal reservoir. The results show that the steady state solution of the active LC circuit is a coherent state in a zero temperature thermal reservoir, and its Q distribution function will broaden in a nonzero temperature thermal reservoir.
