作者对163例肾癌病人术前CT 扫描显示的淋巴结进行了回顾。其中根治性肾切除158例,部分肾切除加局部淋巴结切除5例。男100例,女63例。年龄39～85岁。肿瘤位于右肾95例,左侧68例。根据Marshall 和Dowell 提出的标准作局部淋巴结切除。术前对肾区和淋巴结区以8～10mm 间隔行平扫和强化扫描。结果163例中43例术前CT 显示有1～4个局部淋巴结增大,直径1～2.2cm,经术中和病理学检查证实。但组织学检查仅18例证实为转移,其中2例淋巴结中仅有小的转移灶,其余25例(58%)组织学表明为慢性炎症。术前CT 显示局
The authors reviewed 163 lymph nodes from preoperative CT scans of renal cell carcinoma patients. 158 cases of radical nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy plus local lymph node resection in 5 cases. 100 males and 63 females. Age 39 to 85 years old. The tumor was located in the right kidney in 95 cases, left in 68 cases. Local lymph node dissection was performed according to the criteria proposed by Marshall and Dowell.
