微循环是指微动脉与微静脉之间微血管中的血液循环。它是心血管系统与组织细胞直接接触的部分。微循环的基本功能是实现物质交换,向组织细胞运送养料和并从组织中带走废物。如微循环功能障碍和血液流量减少时,不能满足组织细胞氧化代谢的需要,是机体产生疾病和早衰的原因。因此保持好健全的微循环功能,是实现人体各组织细胞物质交换促进机体新陈代谢的重要因素。本文既探讨了微循环的机理变化,也介绍了其与人体抗衰的关系。
Microcirculation refers to the blood circulation in the capillaries between the arterioles and the venules. It is the part of the cardiovascular system that is in direct contact with the tissue cells. The basic function of the microcirculation is to achieve the exchange of substances, transport of nutrients to the tissue cells and the removal of waste from the tissues. Such as microcirculation dysfunction and decreased blood flow, can not meet the needs of tissue cells oxidative metabolism, the body is the cause of disease and premature aging. So to maintain a sound microcirculation function, is to achieve the exchange of cells and tissues of the human body and promote metabolism of the body an important factor.
