目的:研究二色波罗蜜根的化学成分。方法:运用ODS、MCI CHP-20P、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱和高效液相色谱技术从二色波罗蜜根中分离化合物,并根据理化性质和NMR、MS波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从二色波罗蜜根中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为:桑呋喃V(1)、桑辛素N(2)、albafuran B(3)、桑呋喃素D(4)、artelasticin(5)、6-geranylapigenin(6)、cannflavin C(7)、黑桑素H(8)、artonin B(9)、artoheterophyllin C(10)、artoheterophyllin D(11)、柘树黄酮A(12)、hypargystilbene A(13)、hypargystilbene D(14)、coniferylρ-coumarate(15)。结论:其中,化合物7、15为首次从桑科植物分离得到,化合物1、3、4、6~8、15为首次从波罗蜜属植物中分离得到;化合物1、3~8、11~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Polo-honey root. Methods: The compounds were separated from the Rhizoma Dioscorea with ODS, MCI CHP-20P, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and NMR and MS spectral data. RESULTS: Fifteen compounds were isolated from the roots of Pollock honey, and were identified as mulfuran V (1), periocin N (2), albafuran B (3), cinnamicin D (4), artelasticin ), 6-geranylapigenin (6), cannflavin C (7), black sanguin H (8), artonin B (9), artoheterophyllin C (10), artoheterophyllin D (11) A (13), hypargystilbene D (14), coniferyl p-coumarate (15). CONCLUSION: Compounds 7 and 15 are isolated from Scutellaria for the first time. Compounds 1, 3, 4, 6-8, 15 are isolated from the genus Apodemus for the first time. Compounds 1, 3-8 and 11-15 Times from the plant isolated.
