The “China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Ordinance” (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”), which provides local legislative guarantee for the free trade zone, was approved by the 14th Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee on July 25 The meeting passed the vote, August 1 come into force. The “Basic Law” for the construction of this pilot area of Shanghai Free Trade Zone has been designated by Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress as comprehensive legislation.
