着重讲解了在飞机用复合材料上应用插层强化技术的新方法,一方面提供了显著的增韧效率,另一方面插层通过其表面附载的纳米级导电填充物成为强韧而有弹性的导体。通过将表面附载AgNWs薄膜或面纱作为插层放入碳纤维层压板中,断裂强度和导电性同时得到提升。
Highlighting new methods of applying intercalation strengthening technology to aircraft composites that provide significant toughening efficiency on the one hand and interpenetrating layers of nanoscale conductive fillers on the surface to become toughened and flexible conductor. By placing the AgNWs film or veil on the surface into the carbon fiber laminate as an intercalation, both the rupture strength and electrical conductivity are improved.
