近年来,随着社会主义新农村建设步伐的不断加快,国家从政策、项目、资金等对农业和农村投入进一步加大。与此同时,涉农职务犯罪也开始在农业发展和农村建设领域滋生、蔓延,这不仅直接阻碍了农业发展进程,损害了广大农民的切身利益,更严重影响了农村经济发展和社会稳定,甚至关系到全面建设小康社会的大局,加强对涉农职务犯罪的惩治和预防,有助于为推动农业发展,加快农村建设营造公平正义的司法环境,维护农村社会和谐稳定。
In recent years, with the accelerating pace of building a new socialist countryside, the state has further increased its investment in agriculture and rural areas from policies, projects and funds. At the same time, job-related crime involving agriculture also began to breed and spread in the fields of agricultural development and rural construction, which not only directly impeded the agricultural development process, harmed the vital interests of farmers at large, but also seriously affected rural economic development and social stability. It is related to the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and strengthening the punishment and prevention of job-related crimes involving agriculture. It is conducive to creating a fair and just judicial environment for promoting agricultural development and accelerating rural reconstruction so as to safeguard the harmonious and stable rural society.
