基于150t顶底复吹转炉,采用单渣法工艺进行脱磷,分析研究了炉料结构和终点条件对脱磷的影响。结果表明,最佳的炉料结构为:一次吨钢辅料、一次辅料加入比例以及(石灰和石灰石)吨钢加入量分别控制在70~80 kg/t、65%~75%和51~62 kg/t之间;最佳的终渣条件为:终点温度、终渣FeO、碱度、和MgO含量分别控制在1 620~1 640℃、22%~28%、2.8~4.0以及≤7.5%时,可以稳定实现终点钢液磷含量在0.010%以下,脱磷率在91.87%以上,终点钢磷含量最低可以达到0.008 0%,脱磷率最高为93.65%。
Based on the 150t top and bottom blowing converter, the single slag process was adopted for dephosphorization. The influence of charge structure and end point conditions on dephosphorization was analyzed.
