目的对钦州市新生儿疾病筛查中心2009年-2011年CH筛查的数据进行总结和分析,以促进新生儿疾病筛查工作。方法用DELFIA法测定干血片TSH值,将TSH值≥10μU/mL判定为初筛阳性,召回确诊。结果共筛查新生儿113 886例,初筛TSH值呈正偏态分布,初筛阳性共553例,召回372例,召回率为67.27%,确诊CH患儿42例,检出率为0.369‰,男女比例为1∶0.68。42名CH患儿初筛CH最低值为10.4μU/mL,最高值为244μU/mL。结论应加强对新生儿疾病筛查工作的力度,提高阳性召回率,以降低出生缺陷,提高我市出生人口素质。
Objective To summarize and analyze the data of CH screening from 2009 to 2011 in Qinzhou Neonatal Disease Screening Center to promote neonatal screening. Methods The TSH value of dry blood film was determined by DELFIA method. The TSH value ≥10μU / mL was determined as primary screening positive, and the recall was confirmed. Results A total of 113 886 newborns were screened. The TSH value of the primary screening showed a positive skewed distribution. A total of 553 primary screening positive results were obtained. 372 patients were recalled and the recall rate was 67.27%. Forty-two CH patients were diagnosed with a detection rate of 0.369 ‰, Male to female ratio of 1: 0.68.42 CH patients with the lowest initial screening CH was 10.4μU / mL, the highest value of 244μU / mL. Conclusion The screening of neonatal diseases should be strengthened and the positive recall rate should be raised so as to reduce birth defects and improve the quality of the birth population in our city.
