学校是培养人的场所。学生的培养是长期的、复杂的过程,要在尊重青少年身心发展规律的基础上循循善诱。笔者根据学校的核心价值理念,创建、整合各类德育资源,初步构建学校德育管理体系与目标,逐步构建“三弘三品”暨弘方、弘恕、弘绩,品行、品格、品位的德育目标序列,以分层递进的方式实现宽宏方正的外貌和行为习惯,在豁达开朗的性格品质中,实现优异成绩和完美人格的形成。
