常言说,打铁看火候,穿衣服看气候。教师找学生谈话也要看火候。谈早了,条件不成熟,达不到预期目的;谈晚了,就会时过境迁,于事无补。因此,与学生谈话贵在“适时”。“适时”不等于“马上”,而是要根据不同的思想问题和对象的不同特点,该热处理的就“热处理”,该冷处理的便“冷处理”。在个别谈话过程中,教师怎样做才能“适时”?
